6D Acres Barn Venue – Day Rentals Only – All guests must exit before gates close at dark

6D offers barn rental between the hours of 9am- Dusk
Plan your birthday, reunion, baby shower, anniversary, micro wedding, sports team celebration, corporate team outing, and whatever event you are celebrating in an unforgettable and unique way!  Our beautifully constructed horse barn is the perfect backdrop for any party or occasion.  The gorgeous 6D sunset never disappoints and creates jaw dropping photos for you to reminisce over for years to come!

Basic barn rental/3 hour duration – Up to 40 people – $550 Rental includes use of the beautiful chandelier-lamp barn, porta-potty, and picnic tables. No parking attendant is provided. One hour of pre-event access is allowed for setup, limited to 10 people. Hosts are responsible for cleanup and must vacate the premises by the end of the rental period. Additional time is available at a rate of $150 per hour. Rental host will be required to provide event insurance that names 6D acres as “Additional Insured”.

 

Basic barn rental/3 hour duration – Up to 70 people-$1,200. Rental includes use of the beautiful chandelier-lamp barn, porta-potty, and picnic tables. Parking attendant and security staff is provided. One hour of pre-event access is allowed for setup, limited to 10 people. Hosts are responsible for cleanup and must vacate the premises by the end of the rental period. Additional time is available at a rate of $200 per hour. Rental host will be required to provide event insurance that names 6D acres as “Additional Insured”.

 

Deluxe Event Rental/6 hour duration – Up to 70 people-$2,950.

Deluxe Event Rental includes use of the beautiful chandelier-lamp barn, porta-potty, and picnic tables. Parking attendant and security staff is provided, hay wagon ride, 4 hours – DJ services, Shabby Chic/Glam tent setup for portapotty. One hour of pre-event access is allowed for setup, limited to 10 people. Hosts are responsible for cleanup and must vacate the premises by the end of the rental period. Additional time is available at a rate of $200 per hour.

 

All events serving beer/wine/alcohol will incur an additional $100 per hour fee from the beginning hour that alcohol is served until all guests and host vacate the premises.  6D preferred bartender will be provided and must serve all alcoholic beverages.  Rental host will be required to provide event insurance that names 6D acres as “Additional Insured” and must include liquor liability option.

Visits outside of the rental duration can be scheduled at $50 per hour.

Please be aware that the barn is open on both ends.  Temperature is subject to daily climates.

We offer unique add-on options such as:
  • Percheron horses stalled within the barn venue during your event.  Guests love the chance to touch these majestic gentle giants and the opportunity to interact with them.
  • Horse/Carriage Rides.  Make an unforgettable entrance on one of our beautiful carriages with the choice of one or two percheron horses leading the way!  Then ride off into the sunset for some fantastic photo opportunities!
  • Horseback.  Ride up to your event in style on the back of a 6D horse!
  • Photo session with horses!
  • In-house DJ services provided by cindykaymusic.com, offered at a substantial discount. Our interactive DJ’s can include karaoke, line dancing, music bingo and more!
  • Singer/Guitar musicians. Able to provide the party with acoustic versions of Janis Joplin, Stevie Nicks, Meghan Trainor, Miley Cyrus, Chris Stapleton, Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, Sir Mix-a-Lot and sooooo many more!
  • Tractor pulled Hay Wagon Ride.  This option allows for 25 guests per ride!  Sure to create an unforgettable experience together!
